What we accept

  • Reliable and easy.

  • Please have a valid 21+ ID (or medical card if applicable) ready at handoff.

Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)

  • Pay with Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).

  • Processed through a regulated payment partners like Blockchain.

Bank Transfer (ACH) at Checkout (When Available)

  • A secure, cashless option offered directly on our online checkout.

  • Encrypted, no card needed, and you’ll see confirmation immediately in your order status.

Select Digital Wallets (When Available)

  • Apple Pay, Chime, Zelle, or Google Pay may be available in-store or at checkout, depending on our payment partner.

  • Availability is shown at checkout or by asking your budtender.

Availability of cashless options can vary. You’ll always see your current payment choices during checkout.

What we do not accept

To protect customers and maintain compliance, we do not accept:

  • Credit cards

  • Wire transfers or payments sent to personal accounts

If anyone asks you to pay using these methods on our behalf, it’s not us. Contact us immediately.

How to pay—step by step

  • Add items to cart from our online menu and choose Pickup or Delivery (within eligible areas).

  • Select a payment method shown at checkout.

    • If you choose a cashless option, complete the quick, secure prompts on screen.

  • Confirm your order. You’ll get an email/text confirmation with your order number and ETA.

  • Show ID at pickup or delivery. If paying cash, have exact or near-exact change for the smoothest handoff.

Receipts, refunds & adjustments

  • Receipts are provided digitally or printed upon request.

  • Order changes/cancellations can be made before fulfillment—contact us ASAP.

  • Returns: Due to California regulations, cannabis products generally can’t be returned once sold. If an item is damaged or defective, reach out and we’ll make it right per policy.

Your security & privacy

  • Payments are processed by certified providers using bank-grade encryption.

  • We never store full card numbers on our systems.

  • We will never ask for your PIN, passwords, or to send funds to a personal account.

Payment FAQ

Why don’t you take credit cards?
Due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis, traditional credit card rails aren’t available. We offer compliant alternatives like debit with PIN, ACH, and cash.

 Are digital wallets always available?
Availability can vary by provider and system status. If you don’t see Apple Pay/Google Pay at checkout, choose another available option.

Can I tip my delivery driver?
Yes—cash is appreciated. Ask your driver about any cashless tip options.

My bank shows a pending hold—what does that mean?
Some banks place temporary authorizations for cashless transactions. These typically clear automatically; if not, contact your bank.

I got a message to pay via Zelle/Cash App/crypto—is that legit?
Yes. We do accept major peer-to-peer apps or cryptocurrency.
